Ola Podhorodecka
(also known as Lex or Aleksandra) is a
Polish-born, Ireland-raised Art Director who has spent the majority of her career on global teams, first at agencies and now in-house, where she focuses on social-first storytelling. A multidisciplinary creative with a background in film direction and a deep understanding of production, she is passionate about crafting work that stops the scroll. She builds stories that feel human and connect with culture, filtered through an editorial lens, from creative strategy through to execution.
